We all know exercise is vital for our health, but let’s admit it-dragging ourselves to the gym isn’t always appealing. What if you could stay fit, have fun, and make new friends all at once? That’s exactly what the Alfaz Netball Team offers, and they’re currently inviting new players to join their ranks.

This welcoming group meets every Tuesday at 6:30pm at Poliesportiu Alfaz del Sol, Alfaz del Pi and sessions last an enjoyable 1.5 hours. Open to both men and women aged 14 and above, they embrace players of all nationalities, making it a great way to connect with others while staying active.
For those unfamiliar, netball is a fast-paced team sport emphasising coordination, teamwork, and strategy. It’s similar to basketball but with its own unique rules and dynamics, making it an exciting way to boost fitness and have fun. Why not give it a try? Call or WhatsApp Rachel Hood on
