It has been so very sad seeing the devastation suffered in Valencia, but heart warming to see how the local community and beyond have pulled together to help in whatever way they can, including volunteering, fund-raising and donating. It is not going to be a quick fix for those affected so we must not forget them as they are going to need help and support for a long time to come.
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas spending time with loved ones. At my age gifts are nice but not as important as time spent together. I am so fortunate to be spending some of the time with friends and some with the family and grandchildren as they really do make itS special. Well them and the pigs in blankets....
Until next time, take care and be kind. Lesley

It has been very upsetting to see some of the horrific situations caused by the recent downpours in our province. With so many lives lost, homes and belongings destroyed, it gives us all hope how our community pulls together in times of need. There has been many organised events for fund raising as well as lots of places collecting donations to try to make life a little easier for the ones that have suffered. Many volunteers have given up their spare time to partake in the clean up operations required and we all admire the efforts from all of those concerned. Let's hope and pray we don't have to deal with these disasters again in the near future.
By now you will have seen the Autumn / Winter Focus On Professional Services magazine in various outlets along the Costa Blanca South…. if you haven't already got your copy then be sure to pick one up - you never know when you might need to use one of the published services.
I am looking forward to the festive period when I'm hoping for little time off to be able to relax and recharge my batteries after what has been a very hectic few months.
As always, I would like to thank all our readers, clients and contributors for their continued support and wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and prosperous 2025. And good luck in the El Gordo draw.
Until next time …. Michelle
